TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount arrangements in accordance with Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Pegfilgrastim (ATC: L03AA13), with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time, under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession and/or contract conclusion may take place at any time and under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations are carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract term, issue calls for tenders for exclusivity contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable provisions of procurement law, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
