TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Pegfilgrastim (ATC: L03AA13) with the possibility to conclude the agreement at any time under a so-called "open-house model". A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that fulfils the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession and/or contract conclusion may be made at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Starting from this, the contract term is maximum 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of when the contract begins. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement-award rules, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication shall be terminated accordingly in line with the contractual provisions.
