TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate arrangements in accordance with Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance perampanel (ATC: N03AX22) with the option to conclude the contract at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is provided. Accession and/or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the relevant tendering-law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual terms.
