TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance perampanel (ATC: N03AX22), with the possibility to conclude the agreement at any time, within the framework of what is known as an “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the conditions for participation. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession and/or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations will be carried out. The earliest contract commencement date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is at most 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of when the contract begins. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract and in accordance with the applicable procurement-law provisions, issues calls for tenders for exclusive agreements for the active substances, the agreements concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
