TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Rasagiline (ATC: N04BD02) with the possibility to conclude at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is granted. Joining or concluding the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract period in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated according to the contractual provisions.
