TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Somatropin (ATC: H01AC01) with the possibility to conclude at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion can be made at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.08.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt issues exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract term in accordance with the relevant public procurement regulations, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
