TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient somatropin (ATC: H01AC01) with the possibility to conclude contracts at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.08.2028 regardless of the contract start. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt during the term of the contract tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated according to the contractual regulations.
