TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount arrangements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in the dosage form gel) with the possibility of concluding a contract at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that fulfils the participation requirements. No exclusivity is provided. Accession or conclusion of the contract may take place at any time under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations are carried out. The earliest possible start of the contract is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract term is up to a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of when the contract begins. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
