TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in the pharmaceutical form Gel) with the possibility of concluding the agreement at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity does not apply. Accession and/or contract conclusion may take place at any time under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations are carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the maximum contract term is 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual terms.
