TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredients Vilanterol and Umeclidinium bromide (ATC: R03AL03) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Joining or concluding the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contractual term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract term, tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated according to the contractual provisions.
