Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substances Vilanterol and Umeclidinium Bromide (ATC: R03AL03) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not given. Joining or concluding the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract period and in accordance with the relevant public procurement law provisions, tender exclusive contracts for the active substances, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated pursuant to the contractual provisions.
