TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of discount contracts pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for the mentioned active ingredients.
