TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the specification of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or consortia of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of rebate contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for the mentioned active substances.
