TENDER DESCRIPTION
Under the specification of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the named active ingredients.
