TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the Lower Saxony Measure Execution Centre (Niedersächsisches Maßregelvollzugszentrum, MRVZN), a framework agreement in the form of a hospital supply contract is to be awarded for the provision of medicinal products, medical devices subject to pharmacy requirements, and goods ordinarily supplied by pharmacies pursuant to § 1a(10) of the Pharmacy Operations Ordinance (Apothekenbetriebsordnung, ApBetrO). The procurement procedure is based on § 1(3) of the “Medicinal Products Price Ordinance” of 14.11.1980, as amended in its current version, under which hospitals and those facilities deemed equivalent pursuant to § 14(8) sentence 2 of the Pharmacy Act, as well as detention centres and youth arrest centres, are excluded from the price ranges and prices of pharmacies.
