TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreements will be concluded with 3 economic operators for lots 001 to 042. If in the 3-partner model the difference in savings between the potentially awarded first and second-placed bids for a lot is greater than 40%, the respective second and third-placed bids for this lot will be excluded from the evaluation and the award will ultimately be made in the 1-partner model. If in the 3-partner model the difference in savings between the potentially awarded second and third-placed bids for a lot is greater than 40%, the respective third-placed bid for this lot will be excluded from the evaluation and the award will ultimately be made in the 2-partner model.
