TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreements with 3 economic operators will be concluded for lots 001 to 042. If in the 3-partner model for lots the difference in savings between the potentially awarded first and second ranked offers of a lot is greater than 40%, then the respective second and third ranked offers for this lot shall be excluded from the evaluation and the award shall ultimately be made in the 1-partner model. If in the 3-partner model for lots the difference in savings between the potentially awarded second and third ranked offers of a lot is greater than 40%, then the respective third ranked offer for this lot shall be excluded from the evaluation and the award shall ultimately be made in the 2-partner model.
