TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a public contracting authority, Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin. These include properties belonging, among others, to the General Inventory (e.g., administrative buildings), refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire brigade facilities, as well as schools and justice buildings. In the course of this administrative function, there is a regular procurement need for a variety of construction services in the field of fire protection dampers. Within the framework of the dynamic purchasing system, tenders for the removal of asbestos-containing fire protection dampers and the installation of new fire protection dampers are to be conducted regularly. The goal is to establish a bidder pool through a participation competition, which will be available for future tenders. Inclusion in the bidder pool enables participation in future tenders.
