TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services are to be awarded at the Mühlheim, Pionierpark site: • External monitoring and plant inspections of the groundwater remediation system, • Safety inspections, safety testing and occupational safety of the groundwater remediation system, • Expert appraisal accompaniment during the normal operation of the groundwater remediation system, • Expert appraisal accompaniment for optimization measures by the operator on the plant including conversion works (renewal of SPS, PLS, possibly GEH method or similar), • Implementation of monthly reference date measurements, investigations and safety-related condition checks, • Groundwater monitoring, • Data management, • Quality assurance and public relations, • Documentation and report preparation, • Determination of the proportional remediation costs (cost sharing among several cost bearers), • Preparation and participation in the awarding of third-party services (operation and maintenance, analytics, possibly site investigation), • Organization and coordination as well as briefing of third parties, • Planning and support of investigation works including on-site briefing (optional) Details will be available to selected…
