TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services are to be awarded at the Mühlheim site, Pionierpark: • Third-party supervision and plant inspections of the groundwater remediation facility, • Safety inspections, safety checks, and occupational safety of the groundwater remediation facility, • Expert appraisal support during regular operation of the groundwater remediation facility, • Expert appraisal support for optimization measures by the operator at the facility including conversion work (renewal of PLC, PLS, possibly GEH methodology or similar), • Carrying out monthly reference date measurements, investigations, and safety-technical condition checks, • Groundwater monitoring, • Data management, • Quality assurance and public relations, • Documentation and report preparation, • Determination of the proportional remediation costs (cost sharing among several cost bearers), • Preparation and participation in the awarding of third-party services (operation and maintenance, analytics, possibly exploration), • Organization and coordination as well as instruction of third parties, • Planning and support of exploration work including on-site instruction (optional) Details will be available to selected…
