TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a case and document management system that meets the requirements of the Act on the management of information in public administration of Keitele municipality (906/2019) and the Archives Act (831/1994), as well as the requirements of the National Archives, and its delivery as a SaaS service in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement also includes the following mandatory options: - Electronic meetings - Contract management - Electronic signature - Electronic long-term archiving - Integrations ordered separately The basis for the procurement is an off-the-shelf software solution that is in production use in all respects. The preliminary date for starting implementation is 1.1.2027 onwards. The framework agreement is valid until further notice. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single supplier that is, overall, the most economically advantageous. Partial tenders or alternative tenders are not permitted.
