TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is an case and document management system that complies with the Act on the management of information in the public administration of Keitele municipality (906/2019) and the Archives Act (831/1994), as well as the requirements of the National Archives, and its delivery as a SaaS service in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement also includes the following mandatory options: - E-meetings - Contract management - Electronic signature - Electronic long-term archiving - Separately ordered integrations The procurement is based on a ready-made software solution that is in production use in all respects. The preliminary date for starting implementation is 1.1.2027 onwards. The procurement contract shall be valid for an indefinite period. The procurement contract is awarded to a single tenderer that offers the most economically advantageous tender. Partial tenders or alternative tenders are not permitted.
