TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of a comprehensive document management system solution covering the City of Rovaniemi’s document management solution, records management, electronic services and an electronic archive, as a SaaS service as specified in the request for tenders and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, in particular in appendices 1 “Description of the subject of the procurement”, 2 “Requirements specification list”, 2.1 “Evaluable requirements”, 2.2 “Options”, 3 “Information security and non-disclosure agreement”, 3.1 “Information security requirements”, 5 “Delivery project agreement”, 6 “Support and maintenance services and service levels”, 8 “Project plan” and 9 “Experts”. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed period during the duration of the delivery project, i.e. until acceptance testing has been successfully carried out and the Client has accepted the delivery project in its entirety.
