TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender aims at the provision of technical assistance services for the full development of the work relating to the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) for the companies or services contracted by the DG CESTIC, in order to comply with Article 24 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Hazards and all the Royal Decrees and technical standards published and in force, at the facilities of the CESTIC. Where, within the same workplace, working activities are carried out by two or more companies or services, they must cooperate in the application of the regulations on the prevention of occupational hazards. To that end, they shall establish the coordination means that are necessary as regards the protection and prevention of occupational hazards and the information about the same for their respective workers, in the terms provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the LPRL.
