TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is to contract specialised technical assistance for the preparation of the future INTERREG VII-A SPAIN–FRANCE–ANDORRA POCTEFA CHAPTER 2028–2034. It is set within the new European cohesion policy 2028–2034 and the need to develop the new “Interreg POCTEFA Chapter”, which must be submitted to the European Commission in order to allow the programme to start in January 2028. The eligible territory, at the time of drafting this tender, is in the process of being consolidated: in principle, it is expected to be the same as for the 2021–2027 period, although this will be confirmed later. The main novelty is the introduction of a performance-based management logic, which will condition the definition of objectives, indicators and results for the future programme. 
 The objective is to prepare all the documentation necessary to submit the INTERREG VII A POCTEFA Chapter 2028–2034 to the European Commission, as well as to take the first steps in its implementation.
