TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of the actions covered by the contract consists of carrying out an alternatives study that defines both the potable water production capacity of the ETAP expansion and the technological options for water treatment. The Contractor must carry out all actions necessary to achieve the correct definition of the specific documents that are listed in the Tender Documents. In addition to the usual engineering work, the preliminary project must include an Operations and Maintenance Study, which will enable the construction company to develop the commissioning and operation of the expansion for a minimum period of one year, so that the proper operability and compliance with guarantees can be verified. It must also include a Work Acceptance Protocol in which the functional and operational guarantees that the construction project must achieve are determined; these shall have a contractual nature and must be verified during the commissioning of the facilities.
