TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service provider will carry out household surveys (for pre-sale, for the creation of a connection, for establishments whose discharges are considered as domestic) ; it will be responsible for organising the surveys from the time the appointment is made until the survey report is transmitted to the community of agglomeration. It will be responsible for testing all discharges of waste water and storm water from the property and for checking the connection to the public network (using dye or, if this is not possible, echo). All discharges will be tested separately and consecutively.
