The Department, in terms of operation of departmental roads, requires expert advice regarding winter snow science assistance in "permanent monitoring" and during crisis periods in the Lautaret, Clarée Valley, Valgaudemar, Champsaur, and Queyras areas. A site visit is recommended. The arrangements for organizing the visit are available in the consultation rules. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and cover the entire renewal periods.
