TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Department, in terms of operation of departmental roads, requires expert advice on winter avalanche assistance in "constant monitoring" and during crisis periods in the sectors of Lautaret, Clarée valley, Valgaudemar, Champsaur, and Queyras. A site visit is recommended. The terms of organization of the visit are available in the consultation regulations. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are paid by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
