TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor carries out, on behalf of the Syndicate, the technical, administrative, legal and financial control of the execution of the public service delegation contract for the operation of the ERU and all associated acts. For this, they must have an excellent knowledge of the contractual clauses established between the Syndicate and the ERU operator. They advise the Syndicate on the measures to be taken to ensure compliance and improve the contract's services. The contractor is in direct contact with the operator of the Lunel-Viel ERU who must provide the Syndicate, and thus the project management assistant they appoint, with all monitoring elements. The contractor formalizes requests for the communication of elements and records in writing all deficiencies, whether temporary (failure to communicate an element) or contractual (failure to meet objectives). The contractor advises the Syndicate on the next steps to be taken by adjusting the response according to the issue.
