TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor carries out, on behalf of the Syndicate, the technical, administrative, legal and financial control of the execution of the public service delegation contract for the operation of the ERU and all related acts. To do this, they must have an excellent knowledge of the contractual clauses established between the Syndicate and the ERU operator. They advise the Syndicate on measures to be taken to ensure compliance and improve the services of the contract. The contractor is in direct contact with the ERU operator of Lunel-Viel who must provide the Syndicate, and therefore the project management assistant they appoint, with all monitoring elements. The contractor formalizes requests for communication of elements and records in writing all deficiencies, whether temporary (failure to communicate an element) or contractual (failure to meet objectives). The contractor advises the Syndicate on the follow-up actions to be taken by adjusting the response according to the stakes. All deviations from regulations and contractual provisions are the subject of a descriptive note addressed to the Syndicate, accompanied by a draft letter the Syndicate may send to the operator.
