The purpose of the contract is to assist the CCOG in the preparation, scheduling and support of the operations required for dredging and deepening the access channel to the West Guyana Port. The contractor acts exclusively as a project management assistant: it prepares, analyses, alerts, supports and advises, without replacing the CCOG in its decisions or the company in its execution responsibilities.
