Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage en matière d'urbanisme favorable à la santé dans le cadre du programme européen Life Adapt'Est

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation envisaged is for assistance to the contracting authority (AMO) in the field of Health Promoting Urban Planning (UFS) as part of the European programme Life Adapt'Est. The Grand Est Region, driving ecological transition and the protection of populations against climate change, is running the Life Adapt'Est programme. By 2035, this project aims to increase the resilience of Grand Est to increasing climate risks (lack of water, heatwaves, exceptional rainfall, …) in areas such as urban planning, agriculture, forestry, buildings, transport, infrastructure, the Vosges massif, schools (lycées), water, health… It will strengthen and continue the regional roadmap for accelerating adaptation to climate change adopted in 2023. This specialised contracting-authority assistance mission in Health Promoting Urban Planning, as part of the Life Adapt'Est programme, with (financial) support from the European Union and the Grand Est Regional Health Agency, aims to support 10 territories over 2 years, i.e. 5 per year.
