Assistance à Maitrise d'Ouvrage en matière d'urbanisme favorable à la santé dans le cadre du programme européen Life Adapt'Est

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation envisaged is intended to provide assistance to the Contracting Authority (AMO) in matters of Health-Promoting Planning (UFS) within the framework of the European programme Life Adapt'Est. The Grand Est Region, driving the ecological transition and the protection of populations against climate change, is implementing the Life Adapt'Est programme. This project aims, by 2035, to increase the resilience of Grand Est to growing climate risks (lack of water, heatwaves, exceptional rainfall…) in areas such as urban planning, agriculture, forestry, buildings, transport, infrastructure, the Vosges massif, secondary schools (lycées), water, health… It will strengthen and continue the regional roadmap for accelerating adaptation to climate change adopted in 2023. This specialist assistance-to-the-contracting-authority assignment in Health-Promoting Planning, within the framework of the Life Adapt'Est programme, with support (financial) from the European Union and the Agence Régionale de Santé Grand Est, is intended to support 10 territories over 2 years, i.e. 5 per year.
