TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed by concluding subsequent contracts and issuing purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices. The purpose of this contract is a mission of legal, economic and strategic Project Management Assistance (PMA). It aims to support the Collectivity of Corsica in the preparation, analysis, monitoring, securing and coordination of complex and structuring cases relating to interconnections, transport, mobility and infrastructure. These are support services for the missions under the responsibility of the Deputy General Directorate in charge of Interconnections, Transport, Mobility and Infrastructure (DGA ITMI), which includes transport economics and interconnection strategies. This contract therefore meets the specific needs of the DGA ITMI and is part of a project management assistance mission related to projects, schemes and contracts within its scope of competence.
