TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns project management assistance for conducting land procedures prior to the development operations of the Gers Departmental Council. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros excluding VAT. The maximum annual amount corresponds to the maximum amount of orders that may be placed annually. It is concluded for a duration of one year from its notification with automatic renewal for 3 additional periods of one year each. Variants are not allowed.
