TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns project management assistance for conducting land procedures prior to development operations of the Gers Departmental Council. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum and with an annual maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding VAT. The annual maximum amount corresponds to the maximum amount of orders that may be placed annually. It is concluded for a duration of one year from its notification with tacit renewal for 3 new periods of one year each. Variants are not allowed.
