TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is intended to provide consultancy services for pollution management for the NPNRU Quartier Sud operation in L’Ile-Saint-Denis (93). The client is SPL Plaine Commune Développement. SPL Plaine Commune Développement acts as the developer for the Quartier Sud Ile-Saint-Denis operation, as part of the development concession awarded to it by EPT Plaine Commune in August 2023. The services are described in the Particular Technical Clauses (CCTP).
