TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is a Contracting Authority’s Project Management Assistance (AMO) assignment for overseeing the artwork creation works operation on Metro Line C and the CLB line, which are strongly interfaced with and interdependent on the station projects. These artwork creation works will be entrusted to service providers through contracts (procurement lots). The AMO missions relate to works designed by artists and include in particular the following: - Translating the artistic project for artworks into the preparation of technical documentation; - Assisting with the consultation and selection of construction companies (direct award contracts, Design-Build procurement…); - Assisting with the integration of each artwork into an ongoing construction site; - Coordinating the stakeholders involved in connection with the creation of each artwork; - Monitoring the execution, up to and including the acceptance of the works for each artwork, including managing the perfect completion guarantee period.
