TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to provide project management assistance services for the Region in the context of implementing its policy in favour of the development of housing for seasonal tourism workers. The precise definition of the requirement is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all contractual terms; it will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The terms and conditions for issuing purchase orders are set out in the CCAP. Pursuant to Article L 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), the decision not to partition this framework agreement is justified by the following reason(s): - awarding in separate lots is likely to restrict competition or create a risk of making the performance of the services technically difficult or more financially costly.
