TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the organisation of the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in the Alps, Solideo Alpes 2030 is seeking a service provider to support it in implementing its universal accessibility strategy. This strategy aims to ensure that all users have the best possible standard of usability. It must also leave a lasting legacy to the mountain territories after the Games. The scope covers structures located in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, the Briançonnais region and the Lyon metropolitan area. These are Olympic and Paralympic villages and public buildings, mobility infrastructure and sports infrastructure, most of which will experience a “Games” configuration followed by an “legacy” configuration. The assignments include: - monitoring, updating and reviewing the universal accessibility strategy, as well as carrying out specific studies; - supporting the structures in the design phase; - supporting the structures in the construction and handover phase; - running working groups of usability experts and organising on-site visits.
