TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the organization of the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in the Alps, Solideo Alpes 2030 is seeking a service provider to support it in implementing its universal accessibility strategy. This strategy aims to ensure that all users have the optimum standard of usability. It must also leave a lasting legacy for mountain territories after the Games. The scope covers structures located in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, the Briançonnais area, and the Lyon metropolitan area. These are the Olympic and Paralympic villages and public-access buildings, mobility infrastructure and sports infrastructure, most of which will experience a “Games” configuration and then an “legacy” configuration. The missions include: - monitoring, updating and reviewing the universal accessibility strategy, as well as carrying out specific studies; - supporting structures during the design phase; - supporting structures during the works and handover/acceptance phase; - facilitating groups of end-user experts and organizing site visits.
