TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public contract is as follows: Project management assistance for the amicable acquisition of land within the recycling sector as part of ORCOD-IN in Ile-de-France. This mission concerns cross-cutting support for acquisitions, excluding expropriation procedures (contracts already in existence), in all their aspects: contact with households, negotiation, organising the exchange of documents and site visits, administrative preparation of the files, the interface between all stakeholders, and all cross-cutting actions facilitating acquisitions by the EPF. The contract is provided in addition to interventions that are already in place: - Work carried out directly by the EPF teams, - Interventions by Grand Paris Aménagement under the horizontal cooperation agreement, - Interventions by service providers responsible for conducting expropriation procedures. The contract is handled at unit prices (Article R2112-6 1°), in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 and subsequent, on the one hand, and R2162-13-14 on the other hand.
