TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public contract is as follows: Mission of project management assistance for steering the administrative and judicial phases of expropriation procedures (including support for the procedure for early taking of possession) required for the implementation of the ORCOD-IN Grigny 2 project—Sequences 4 & 5. These 4th and 5th sequences concern a maximum of: - 351 dwellings (and associated lots) located in the Cambacérès 26, Surcouf 27 and Vlaminck 31 co-ownerships; - 41 parking spaces located in the Junot, 41, Oudinot 43 and Lannes 45 co-ownerships; - 1 commercial unit; - a maximum of 15 land plots. All the expected services are stated in the CCTP. The nature of the public contract is as follows: a services contract within the meaning of Article L.1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code. Unless derogated from, this services contract is subject to the provisions of the CCAG 2021 applicable to public contracts for intellectual services, approved by the order of 30 March 2021.
