TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public contract is the following: Project management assistance mission for steering the administrative and judicial phases of the expropriation procedures (including support for the procedure for early taking of possession) required in the context of implementing the ORCOD-IN project for Grigny 2 – Sequences 4 & 5. These 4th and 5th sequences relate to a maximum of: - 351 housing units (and associated lots) located in the Cambacérès 26, Surcouf 27 and Vlaminck 31 co-ownerships; - 41 parking spaces located in the Junot, 41, Oudinot 43 and Lannes 45 co-ownerships; - 1 commercial unit; - maximum 15 land parcels. All of the expected services are indicated in the CCTP. The nature of the public contract is as follows: a services contract within the meaning of Article L.1111-4 of the Public Procurement Code. Unless an exception applies, this services contract is subject to the provisions of the CCAG 2021 applicable to public contracts for intellectual services approved by the order dated 30 March 2021.
