TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is intended to provide support services to the City of Aix-en-Provence in the management of its heating and cooling network. The services include a first component related to the technical, financial and legal monitoring of the concession of the heating and cooling network, and the updating of the master plan (which is subject to an annual lump-sum price), as well as, under the second component, additional and ad hoc missions such as working meetings, public meetings and technical expert studies (with regard in particular to the technical monitoring of the DSP) (issued as purchase orders). It should be noted that the new DSP contract that began in January 2025 is a contract with greater technical ambitions: it is planned to build a new heat production unit using a new technology in PACA (deep geothermal energy), to extend the hot-water network by 36 km and to create two small cold-water networks.
