TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single-award composite framework agreement: - an annual maximum amount of 10,000.00 EUR excluding tax (H.T), i.e., 40,000.00 EUR excluding tax (H.T) over 4 years for the unitary part under a purchase order. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. For the "ordinary contract" part, performance of the services begins as of the date of notification of the contract, which serves as an order to commence the services. For the "framework agreement with purchase orders" part, the performance or delivery time limits for the services are set for each purchase order in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement documents.
