The contract has a total duration of 18 months. The start date for the contract will be fixed later in the service order that prescribes the commencement of services. The contract is not renewable.

Regarding key phases and milestones:

• A "homogeneous pre-analysis of all 65 school buildings," which culminates in a multi-criteria selection ranking, has an execution period of 4 months. This 4-month period begins from the date of the service order for the commencement of services.
• For services charged at a unit price (e.g., in-depth studies per building and synthesis of these studies), the execution and delivery times will be specified on each individual purchase order.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing assistance to the contracting authority for a strategy study on the solarization of school rooftops in the City of Nîmes. The primary objective is to conduct feasibility studies, provide consulting services, and perform analyses related to the valorization of school building rooftops.

The Statement of Work (SOW) and core deliverables include:

• Identification and pre-analysis of the school building patrimony: This involves surveying 65 school buildings, analyzing their solar potential, usable surface area, profitability indicators, estimated self-consumption, structural characteristics of the rooftops, and mapping their solar potential.
• In-depth studies per building (Prestation d’approfondissement par bâtiment):
• Structural study: This includes structural analysis and initial restoration assessments.
• Complete study (Etude complète): This encompasses analysis of technical constraints, regulatory and patrimonial aspects, energy consumption and self-consumption, grid connection, economic and financial viability, legal and valorization frameworks, and the impact concerning the tertiary decree (DEET / OPERAT).
• Synthesis of in-depth studies and deployment roadmap:
• Operational roadmap: This will outline the prioritization of sites, potential groupings, deployment planning, decision-making milestones, and a provisional budget per phase.
• Decision-making matrix: This matrix will classify projects based on profitability, contribution to DEET, roof conditions, asbestos constraints, grid constraints, and implementation complexity.
• Final report and presentation to elected officials: This deliverable includes an executive summary, final mapping, a decision-making dashboard, presentation materials, and strategic recommendations for implementation.
