TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to support the City of Nîmes in carrying out an opportunity study, feasibility study, and definition of a deployment strategy for photovoltaic installations on the roofs of its school buildings. The mission takes place in two phases: a homogeneous pre-analysis of all 65 school buildings, resulting in a multi-criteria selection ranking, followed by an in-depth feasibility study, conducted building by building, on only the buildings selected based on this ranking. It concludes with a synthesis and an operational deployment roadmap. This contract is concluded for a period starting from its notification date and ending 18 months thereafter. This contract is not renewable. All services will be remunerated by applying mixed pricing. For the lump sum and fixed price part, the amount is estimated at 95,000 euros excluding VAT. For the unit price part by purchase orders, the contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum value amounting to 130,000 euros excluding VAT.
