TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim is to provide technical support to SPL Grand Est Infrastructures (SPL GEI) in managing the railway infrastructures that have been transferred to it, covering the entire portfolio: regeneration, creation and modification of installations, engineering structures, earthworks structures, hydraulic structures, railway track, signalling, level crossings, electrical installations, stations and halts, maintenance and stabling sites, interfaces with railway operations and maintenance. The assignment combines, on the one hand, occasional expert input, and, on the other hand, full support for operations (DCE, ACT, DET, VISA, AOR, GPA) carried out through subsequent contracts. The contract duration is 4 years firm and renewable twice for a period of 1 year each, i.e. 6 years in total. The contract is a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 8,150,000 exclusive of tax over the total duration of the contract, including renewals.
